Negative taken for March 22, 1960, Arkansas Gazette article "Racetracks Keep Close Tab on Undesirables," B1:2. Robert A. Frink (left), works for the Thoroughbred Racing Protective Bureau, a company whose mission is to keep undesirables out of horse racing. These 'undesirables' include gangsters, racketeers, confidence men, and even owners, trainers, and jockeys who might try to fix a race. Frink is a former agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation who is now in charge of his company's Chicago district headquarters. Frink and an assistant are at work at Oaklawn Jockey Club in Hot Springs, Garland County, Arkansas.
